MG Strata’s Services
The services provided by strata managing agents vary from building to building.
For most of our clients we are delegated all of the functions of the owners corporation including the finances of the owners corporation, effecting the relevant insurances and keeping the records.
We are also working close with the executive committees in carrying out the day to day running of the building and to assist with its maintenance and repair obligations.
Some clients prefer to handle various tasks with limited assistance from our office.
Our services are set out in our strata management agency agreements which are tailored to each individual client and their needs.
Most of our new clients are being referred to us by the existing clients. We also specialise in assisting self managed strata schemes to convert into a managed scheme.
